Products at a glance
Multipurpose, transparent colourless structural adhesive. It provides a flexible film with good adhesion and peeling strength on metal substrates.
It is recommended for structural bonding of many materials: metals, ferrite, ceramic, marble, glass, concrete, wood and some plastics (polyester, ABS, rigid PVC). Not suitable for soft materials, PE, PP and PTFE. Bondings are well resistant to water, gasoline and oils.
Loxeal 30-55 is a structural acrylic adhesive to be used with its specific Loxeal Activator, designed primarily for bonding metal to metal, ferrite, ceramics and some thermoplastics. This adhesive may be used in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile capabilities. Structural adhesive 30-55 provides high tensile strength while maintaining excellent product flexibility; this results in tough and durable bonds with outstanding impact and peeling resistance. Curing is effected in few minutes at room temperature.
Fast curing high strength anaerobic adhesive for locking and sealing threads and retaining of cylindrical components.Highly resistant to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals. Approved for Gas (Gaz de France). Drinking water Certification. France: according to Eurofin Expertises Environmentales texts. (Dossier n° 14 CLP NY 005) product is in compliance with white lists - Ministère chargé de la santé DGS/VS4 n° 99/217 du 12 avril 1999 et DGS/VS4 n° 2000/232 du 27 avril 2000 (ACS)
Low strength anaerobic adhesive for thread locking of nuts, bolts and screws of all types that require to be easily dismantled. Highly resistant to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbon many chemicals.
Self-levelling two-part adhesive based on modified epoxy resin for flexible bonding and sealing applications. It fully adheres to plastics like PA, ABS, PC, PET, PMMA, PI, metals, ceramics and composites. Temperature resistance up to +120°C with peaks to +150°C.
Anaerobic curing adhesive for sealing of metal thread joints only.
- Approved for Gas (DVGW, DIN-EN 751-1), high pressure gas and GLP (Australian Gas Association - Approval No. 5048) for working pressure up to 20 Bars
- Approved for use with gaseous oxygen up to 10 Bars and +60°C (BAM Ref. N° II-717/2007 E)
- WRAS listed for contact with wholesome (potable) water, approval number 1310513
- Approved for contact with drinking water (GLOBAL MARK, GM-WM-040164-I01-R00)
- NSF registered in cat. P1(n. 141234) as acceptable for use as a sealant in and around food processing area
Low viscosity and high capillary action for locking and sealing threaded fasteners and close fittings parts after assembly, also to penetrate and seal metal porosity in moulds and in castings. Medium to high strength locking. Highly resistant to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals.
Loxeal 4807 is a two-components adhesive based on modified epoxy resin for flexible bonding and sealing applications. It fully adheres to plastics like PA, ABS, PC, PET, PMMA, PI, metals ceramics and composites. After full curing the adhesive looks soft and flexible. It provides high temperature resistance up to +120° with peaks to +150°C. Suitable for bonding and sealing glass fiber, metal frames in white appliances production (dishwashers, washing machine), and in automotive (lighting).
