Products at a glance
Anaerobic adhesive for metals, high strength, to lock and seal threaded joints. Approved for use with drinking water according to TZW-DVGW approved for gas-tight threaded joints according to EN 751-1 (DIN DVGW approval no. 5146AR0573-NG). WRAS approved for contact with wholesome (potable) water; Approval N° 1505512. The product is certified (BAM-Berlin) for use as sealant in the presence of gaseous oxygen up to 20 bar at +60°C.Can be used on all metals, both in free or forced matings. Maintains the sealing properties up to +200°C. High resistance to thermal shock, vibration, water, gas, oils, fuels, refrigerant fluids and other chemicals.
Instant adhesive on basis of alcoxy-ethyl cyanoacrylate. Low odour not irritating, non blooming effect for appearance sensitive assemblies. Especially suitable to be used in non ventilated or closed areas. Delayed setting time allows adjustment of parts during assembly
Solvent free Activator to set up polymerisation of acrylic adhesives. Good polymerisation effects on ferrites, metals and ceramics. Fixture time about 1-2 minutes.
Fast curing high strength anaerobic adhesive for locking and sealing threads, and retaining of cylindrical components. Highly resistant to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons and many chemicals. Approved as thread sealant with gaseous oxygen up to 20 bar at + 60°C (BAM Ref N° II.1/46 363).
Low strength anaerobic adhesive for thread locking of nuts, bolts and screws of all types that require to be easily dismantled. Highly resistant to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbon many chemicals.
2-component no-mixing fast curing structural adhesive to be used with its specific Loxeal Activator for bondng metals, plastics, ceramics, woods. No-mixing required, apply Adhesive on one part and Activator on the other, assemble and press parts; fixing is achieved within few minutes. It provides high impact resistance, good peeling and tensile strength, best resistance against gasoline, lubricants, water, heat resistant up to 120°C.
Loxeal 4429 is a toughened, semi-flexible, high-temperature resistant two-component epoxy resin. Especially developed for composites bonding, it provides good adhesion on various substrates as wood, metal, ceramics and many types of plastics. Designed to be nonsag for ease of use on vertical surfaces and in wide gaps. Mixing ratio 2:1 by volume. It provides a strong adhesion with high peel, cut and shear strength up to +120°C temperature with peaks at +140°C.
Medium strength anaerobic adhesive for thread locking of nuts and bolts of all types requiring to be dismantled. Highly resistant to heat, corrosion, vibrations, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons and many chemicals.
Surface insensitive low viscosity instant adhesive on basis of ethyl cyanoacrylate. Very fast cure, even under low humidity conditions, on difficult to bond substrates, on porous and acidic surfaces as leather, wood, paper, carton, foamed rubber, EPDM.
